  • Next up, it’s time for me to make the math - math.

    Based on our initial conversation, I’ll know exactly what your personal goals are….and I’ll work to specifically create a custom-mortgage solution that fits your needs.

    I’ll send you a quick 3-minute questionnaire for you to fill out that will give me everything I need to create PERSONALIZED numbers for you based on what your goals are!

    At this point - if the numbers make sense & you’re ready to move forward - we’ll work together to get an official PRE-APPROVAL letter which will allow you to put in an offer on your new home with confidence.

    At this point, we’ll also engage with your real estate agent!

  • Now that you’ve received your PRE-APPROVAL letter, it’s time for us to collaborate with your real estate agent!

    [P.S. Don’t have one? Don’t worry. I’ve got a hand-selected list of some of the most well-trusted agents in the area.]

    Your real estate agent will help you on the home-finding process!

    Our secret weapon - is knowing how to work WITH your agent to ensure that financially, you are putting your best foot forward.

    NOTE: This is where we get creative on things like seller credits, rate buy-downs, and more!

    Our goal as a TEAM, is to find a home that you LOVE & to get your offer accepted!

  • Once your offer is accepted, we are moving & grooving!

    In this phase, we are all of our “checklist items” knocked off before your close date.

    This typically means:

    • Providing specific income & financial documentation

    • Selecting an insurance plan/provider for your home

    • Receiving a home appraisal so we know the home is WORTH what you are offering to pay for it!

    • Other needed inspections to ensure that the home is safe & without any hidden issues!

    NOTE: This is where your TEAM [lender & agent] really can “make or break” your home-buying experience!

    My goal is to take AS MUCH of this off of your plate as possible!

    Once all of our checklist items are submitted & approved - we’re ready to CLOSE!

  • Pop the champagne [or your drink. of choice] - it’s time!

    The final step in your home-buying process, is to CLOSE!

    For you, this typically means going to an attorney’s office & signing ALL of the final legal paperwork.

    The attorney will record all final documentation with the county & once this has posted - you will receive the keys to your new beauty! 🏠
